This is our second year working with Jimmy Gomez. His farm, La Guadua, produces some of our favourite Colombian Geisha and we've become great fans of his processing precision. This coffee is clean, vibrant and juicy. This is an Extra-Light roast of Jimmy's washed geisha and recommended rest is 30-45 days.
